Including AAC as a beneficiary in your will provides long-term support to our mission. Make a lifetime gift via bequest by directing your attorney to include Animal Adoption Center in your will when it is drafted or revised.
You can designate a specific dollar amount, a percentage of your estate, or a portion of the residual of your estate. You can also bequeath specific assets to AAC, including stocks, real estate or other tangible property. Sample language is below:
I give to the Animal Adoption Center, 501 Berlin Rd N, Lindenwold, NJ, 08021, _____ percent of my residuary estate (or the sum of $_____, or a description of the properties, securities, etc.) for its operating funds.
All bequests pass to AAC free of estate taxes, and will lower the overall size of your estate for tax purposes.
